CIAFV October Members’ Meeting

Join us for a presentation from Victim Services’ Downtown Division Coordinator, Sandra Moreno, Bissel Centre Case Management Team Lead, Rayann Fleming, and new Domestic Violence Justice Response Coordinator, Nashid Shaker.

• Sandra will walk us through the process that individuals go through when they engage with Victim Services.
• Rayann will talk about the process with Inner-City Victim Services.
• Nashid will outline the exciting new DVJR project

Purpose DVJR: To plan the implementation for a “one point of contact” service system for victims of domestic violence.

DVJR hopes to provide support to and advocacy for victims of Domestic Violence through an integrated and comprehensive service model with shared accountability between the criminal justice system and victim services.
