DECSA’s Speak Project will take place on September 13 and 14, 2018.

  • Do you have the training, skills, and perspective to support women who are experiencing abuse from a partner?

  • Do you want a solid framework and complete set of exercises to effectively support women impacted by gender-based violence?

If this sounds like you, the Speak Project is the best next step of your journey toward helping to provide sustainable services and women-centred support.

In partnership with Edmonton’s Food Bank, DECSA is excited to present the Speak Project “When Love Hurts” workshop for anyone who is ready to provide greater support to women facing abuse in their intimate relationships.

Your registration fee covers the materials you’ll receive, the knowledge you’ll gain, and catered lunch for both days of the event. Upon completing the workshop, you’ll receive a certificate to represent your achievement. The training will be from 8:30am – 4:00pm.
