YWCA Walk a Mile in Her Shoes

YWCA WALK A MILE IN HER SHOES® is an annual fundraising event that asks men to STEP UP and take a stand to help break the cycle of domestic violence in our city.

Although domestic violence is a very serious matter, this fun and light-hearted event sees men from all walks of life raise money, strap on a pair of high heels and walk through downtown Edmonton, so families can walk away from domestic violence.

This year, we need to raise a minimum of $190,000 to fund our violence prevention and recovery programs, including our Counselling Centre and girls programming. Join us, and help change the lives of thousands of families in Edmonton today!
