National day of Remembrance and Action on Violence Against Women

Commemorating the 1989 attack at L’Ecole Polytechnique, which took the lives of 14 women. Today represents an opportunity to reflect and take action to stop violence against women, and remember those who have died as a result of gender-based violence.
